GENERAL RULES
No Killing Crew Members. Accidents happen, apologize and move on. NO "GETTING YOUR KILL BACK!" The Sgt at Arms or Unholy Ones may kill another crew member only when necessary to protect the President or in an emergency. No Killing Allies or Friendly Crews. Wear Your Patch With Pride. No Member Rides Alone. No Bullying/Trolling Other Members. Don't Ask for Promotions. If a Member is Under Attack, Assist Him. Must Keep HHMC as Active Crew. * Must Not Be In Another MC - Conflict of Interest. Must Have PlayStation Network ID Linked and Set Visible to [EVERYONE]. Must Have Profile Visibility to [CREW] or [CREW + FRIENDS]. If You Have Any Problems with Other Members Please REPORT TO A OFFICER. *We have several members who compete as part of TDM groups. They are allowed to wear their teams tag when competing. These rules are non-negotiable and must be followed by all members at all times. 1% etiquette are the rules that clubs follow to make sure that when fighting each other, everyone is on the same page.

Church: An organized Club meeting.
Unruly conduct will get members evicted from Church. Recurring incidents will lead to stiffer penalties. Church will be held at a specific location, time, and date decided by the club. You will NOT interrupt another member while they speak. Everyone will get a chance to voice their opinion. The President, Vice President, and Sgt at Arms will maintain order. If anyone has a problem they can discuss it with the above appointed members or bring it to everyone’s attention during the meeting. If the problem lies with the whole club, then turn over your colors as you walk your ass out! The President will preside over the clubs meeting and functions. In his absence, the Vice President or next ranking member will preside. Voting: If a vote occurs, one vote can break a tie breaker. If there is a tie then the subject will be placed on hold and will be brought up again on a later date and then reviewed and discussed again. If the vote comes up as a tie again the subject will be dismissed from the club. If a vote is taken and a member is not present & failed to inform anyone of their proxy vote, then said members vote is void. Majority Rules!!! VETO POWER
In matters concerning changes to the Clubs By-laws, any vote put before a Chapter or the Club as a whole, or if the Vice President feels that a decision has been made that will have harmful effect on the club....The Chapter or National Vice President may exercise his Veto powers. PROMOTIONS
After 45 days as a patched member, you are eligible for promotion to Crew Representative on the MC's Social Club. This promotion requires a majority vote by the Chapter officers. You must be a Crew Representative to be eligible for any Officer position, with the exception of Unholy Ones.
After 60 days as a patched member and two weeks as a representative, members are eligible to stand for Officer positions. DRESS CODESupport/Hang Arounds/Prospects will wear the appropriate jacket at all times.
Support/Hangarounds - TBD Prospects - Oxblood Leather Cut In Public lobbies, patched members and above may wear whatever they choose to wear, the only requirement being that they must have a patch on at all times. At club and ally/friendly meetings/events/rides; the following dress code will be adhered to by all members: Patch Holder - Black Leather Cut Officers - Worn Black Leather Cut Unholy Ones - National Officers - Dress at their discretion. |
